Hi All,

We use AIR replication from one DD to another DD. now on source DD we manually expired some old backup images to recliam some space and we got space on source DD. however space not released on destination DD.

Anyone have idea what steps Iam missing here ?

The remote master have own image db with own retention. The replicated images are not controlled by source master.
You will need to expire images on remote master as well.

Thank you, that makes sense.

Is there any command to get all the backup id with retention level (only for the replicated images)  or I should go by each source policy /client name  only ?

Unlikely we had replicated  7year images to the destination.  I know it is not at all good option to have 7year rention on DD , now we are trying to get rid of those 7years images from destination DD.

we also have some backups running locally on destination .
