You can also configure a Media Server Group for the 3 media servers:

To configure media sharing with a server group:
Expand Media and Device Management > Devices > Server Groups.

This topic (and unrestricted sharing) is described in NetBackup Administrator's Guide, Volume I

Search for 'About media sharing'

Media sharing is a short term solution... Seems you need more tapes.

Only one media server can write to a tape at any point. The other media servers will have to wait (queue).
This may cause backups to fail if the backup window closes while jobs are queued.

You could put the clients in the same policy , set mpx then it can write to the same tape at the same time but one of the two clients will have to go via the other media server ie network. I'm curious why this is a requirement.
