Hi i need to restore some files from expired media, The volume EGL007 has not been overwritten and the phase 1 import completes OK, i can see the image that i want to import and when i run Phase 2 import, it completes PARTIALLY. I then go to BAR and try to open the image to get the file listing for restore and i get the following message 'UNABLE TO OBTAIN LIST OF FILES USING THE SPECIFIED SEARCH Criteria" The Specify netbackup machines policy types are set as below.
SHGKPRDP01 Master server to be used for backups and restores
SHGLHNAS01 Source Client
SHGLHNAS01 Destination Client
MS-Windows-NT Policy Type for restores
I am in a real pickle, Veritas TS have been no use so far, i could really do with some help on this, Thanks people.
