Install NetBackup Enterprise Server 6.5 on Window server 2008 fail

Hi  . ..
When I  installed netbackup 6.5  on window server 2008  . I encountered the following error:  NetBackup Enterprise Media Manager failed to start  in log install .

 Could anybody  help me please ?

Your logs seem to indicate that the hostname is WIN-ZZU2XD8GBD2.  Does this name actually resolve in DNS?

I installed complete . I checked the log and resolved  problem . The Problem is hostname different  hostname of Netbackup Server .

What CD software do you use to install Win2008 x64 ? Is it NB_6.5.4.Winx64_CD.exe or 6.5GA then upgrade to 6.5.4 (using NB_6.5.4.Winx64_CD.exe)
Please give me the detail on it, thanks.

yes please, I never install Win2008 , I always do on Unix platform, this is the first time I do on Win2008. Please give me the detail how to install on win2008. Thank you very much
