Install netbackup 6 failure

Hi,
 
I am using solaris10 and need to install netbackup 6.0 but i got the error message on the installation, How can I found out the root caused ans solve the problem? because I try to look the install log but no any idea about this.

File /usr/openv/tmp/install_trace.2900 contains a trace of this install.
That file can be deleted after you are sure the install was successful.
