Hi All,

just wanted to know if anyone out there using netbackup 7.5 or 7.6 using on Redhat 7 ES. wanted to create a migration plan from 7.1 so need this info.

If so ,is it stable ?

Any thoughts on netbackup solaris 10 vs. Redhat 7 ES ?

Thanks

Not currently running either but Red Hat 7 is new product which will be supported longer than Solaris 10.

Netbackup 7.6 on RedHat 7 is only supported as a client right now.

But I guess it won't be long before RedHat 7 also will be supported.  You may be able to obtain more information by contacting yore local Symamtec presale specialist.
