Hello everyone!
I'm restoring an Exchange 2003 Recovery Storage Group and looking for a solution on Restore abortion Error (2826)
for NetBackup Client 7.1.0.3 / Win Server 2008 R2 (x64)
Please let me know if someone has any ideas on how I can fix it.
Any suggestions and comments will be highly appreciated.
Thank everyone in advance!
Dimitri

Hello Nicolai,
Thank you very much for your quick response and links. I will read them carefully! You may also see my last Restore process log in my reply to Marianne.
All the best,
Dimitri

These logs look like they belong to other Storage Groups and not the one that you are restoring to RSG?

Hi Marianne,
Yeah, you are right. I don't have required log files stored in this backup.
Wondering if there is a way to recover this Storage Group without log files at all?
Thank you,
Dimitri

No idea... maybe Exchange experts using this forum will be able to tell us?
Or else you could try an Exchange forum...

I find it strange that you say you do not have the log files for the backup
When you do a full backup of Exchange you do not tell it what to backup up - it just does it and a full backup should include the databases and log files at the same time - otherwise it should have failed
Double check your BAR GUI for the backup in question - there should be logs files for there - send us a screen shot so that we can see what you see for the restore selections
Thanks
