Maximum job count has been reached for the storage unit

We are using Netbackup 6.5.1. We recently installed a Storage Tek LTO3 tape library attached to a Master server running Windows 2003 SP2. When a backup is sent to the tape library the result is  "Maximum job count has been reached for the storage unit."  What parameter do I need to chnage to correct this?

"maximum concurrent write drives" on the storage unit the backup job is writing to.  You can increase this to the number of drives in that storage unit.
