where as
Client Port Window should be non-reserved ports (1024 - 5000).
Client Reserved Port Window should be reserved ports (512 - 1023).

Just would like to confirm the above mentioned are correct ?

Although minimal ports required, Client Port Window (1024 - 5000) and Client Reserved Port Window (512 - 1023) are still required to open ?

Thank you.

You can engineer your entire solution around having vnetd and 1556 opened only.  Of course you have a few wrenches if you have older clients.  I know in my last environment, and we have a few 4.5 clients still hanging around.  You have to use the legacy connection options ( from 5.1) if you're using a 6.x master server.
