Multiple Copies of Tapes

S/W: Veritas Netbackup 6.5.1

Currently we are doing manual duplication for offsite topes, therefore i want to avoid this by adding "multiple copies" in backup policies. Question is, in the "multiple copies" by default the priority is set to "99999". Is this priority for 2nd copies onwards? Or it still apply for the 1st copy (primary) as well ?

Right now, when i do manuall duplication (default priority - 99999), those sheduled task is seems to be wait until my manul duplication task is complete.

I just try set the priority in "multiple copies" wizard, somehow it does not save my setting (priority), its back to "99999". Why this happen?
