NB6 MP4 on Solaris9 - network protocol error (39)

Hi All.
Netbackup 6 MP4.
Master  and Media Servers on Solaris 9.
Please help me to find the reason of a error. The problem repeats every day. When I choose Drives from Devices on Netbackup Administration Console, I receive a error "network protocol error (39)". I could not find a error on the log-files.
Script "# /etc/init.d/netbackup stop"
hanged on command "stopltid".

After execution of a command "bp.kill_all", a stop and start of a Netbackup Services the problem disappearsfor some time.

Please let me know
where I can find the reason of a error?

Excuse me for my poor English
Thanks

You may find the following documents helpful in order to find
the reason for your error:

The network protocol error (39) is mentioned in

http://support.veritas.com/docs/277013

and in

http://support.veritas.com/docs/285939

(..)
Etrack Incident = ET814644
Associated Primary Etracks = ET797945

Description:
The inventory operation, using vmphyinv, was failing with a network
protocol error (39). This was because oprd was crashing. After fixing the
core dump, other issues were encountered (and fixed) because of which tape
header was not being read correctly.
(..)

Google is your friend . Try search string :  "network protocol error (39)"

Hi Stefan.
Thanks for your answer but it was no good.
I could not find error.
I think problem is on the command
"/usr/openv/volmgr/bin/tpconfig -emm_dev_list -noverbose -noverbose"
This command hanged and did not return the result.
After restart NB Services this command works as it should be.
