NBU 4.5_FP6 - Lotus Notes back up issue

Hi guys, our NBU 4.5_FP6 is currently scheduled to backup 4 servers running Lotus Notes. LN agents are installed on servers. We have no issues with A and B servers but facing problems with C and D servers.

The LN backup job for C and D initialise, connects and mount tapes successfully. Job details shows that they begin reading. Vmoprcmd shows tapes used by the 2  jobs are mounted also.

However after 30min or so, the tape mounted for C & D jobs are ejected and slot back into the tape library. GUI still shows the 2 job running and in "writing" mode.

I've since rebooted the servers, restarted all netbackup services and rechecked all configurations but to no avail.

What else am I missing here?

Just a shot in the dark, something to try...

I had issues with LN compacting schedules lockings the NSF files. When I moved compacting schedules to a time outside of the backup window, the backups worked OK. In domino console type 'show schedule' to see the compacting time.

May not be relevent but I thought it worth a mention
