NBU 7.1.0.4 upgrade issues?

Does anybody encounter performance issue from NBU 7.1.0.4?

We lately upgrade all master/medias servers from 7.1.0.2 to 7.1.0.4. Almost around same day, we found the backup performance on VTL tapes, dramatically dropped down to very low level. Most of our clients are still on 7.1.0.2.

Please let me know if you have similar issue and have a solution.

i have upgrade to 7.1.0.4 and the performace be better more than past, sometimes you need to update your OS to be compatable with netbackup upgrade level.

Can you post up the bptm log from the media server and the bpbkar log from a client.

You need to let a backup complete, then we can see where the delay is.

it looks the issue was caused by storage unit not NBU. After we fixed the issue on storage, backups are running fine now.
