NBU Source download limit

Hello Gurus,

I get this message for downloading NBU 7.1 source, there was a firewall issue
 

You have exceeded the maximum number of downloads allowed for this serial number. Please contact Customer Service if you need further assistance.

How do I reset the download limit or serial renewal.

They can provide you with a temporary serial number. You can't reset the download limit yourself.
