NBU6 with VSP

Hi,
I got one client machine win2k with NBU 6. When I do incremental backup with VSP, always got the following error:

ERR - Snapshot Error while enumerating:
Volume{fae68de6-4592-4765-b76f-240332974ca6}\Accident\
2/2/2006 8:15:07 AM - Critical bpbrm(pid=189220) from client tcmweb-app:
FTL - Backup operation aborted!
2/2/2006 8:15:07 AM - Error bpbrm(pid=189220) could not send server
status message
2/2/2006 8:15:10 AM - end writing; write time: 00:13:38
snapshot error encountered(156)

But if I do a Full Backup with VSP, the error not occurred. Did anybody encounter this before? Thanks.

Hi,

never had such an error.

Meanwhile till this gets resolved it is better to disable the VSP by using setting the "snapshot error control option"
Master Server Properties > Client Attributes > Select the client > Windows Open File Backup > In the "snapshot error control" section select "Disable Snapshot on error"
