NetBackup 6.5 Administration Console on Vista

I am successfully running NetBackup 6.5 Administration Console on Vista

However I have the Vista firewall disabled. I cannot figure out what ports to open to get it to run with the firewall enabled.  Does anyone know what ports need to be opened? I have tried excluding the exe file. The documentation recommends 13724, 13783, 1556. But I have not had much luck with that either.

I don't know about NBU 6.5, but on 6.0 we had to open port 13722 inaddition to 13724 & 1556 to make things work through our firewall.  13722 was undocumentd.
