NetBackup 7.0.1 backup CIFS share

I have mapped CIFS share on my Windows 2008 NB7 media server, but not able to see it through the selection windows. Is it a way to backup CIFS shares with NB, or I have to go the source ( that is complicated, because it is Alfresco file system )?

Would you mind posting what you put int he bpstart_notify.bat to allow the share to be backed up?

sure, the bpstart_notify.bat file looks like this:

net use L: \\server1\share password /user:Administrator

" the "password" is the password of the user you are going to use to connect to the server. User should have rights to login and read the data from this server "

just to mention that it will be much slower, because you are not using the netbackup client installed. With the client installed I would prefer to backup directly from the box that this storage is attached to
