Good morning/afternoon/evening,
We have just encountered an issue where a VM snapshot created successfully, pulled the necessary information, then received a critical error in which the snapshot deletion failed with an error 156; causing the VM to run from the snapshot until someone with the necessary credentials intervened to commit the snapshot.
I am familiar with the snapshot error 156 occuring at the time of creation but never at the time of deletion. I have attempted to do some searching and all the information available seems to be related to the 156 errors at time of snapshot creation, none cover at time of deletion. So I am putting this out there to see if anyone else has noticed this.
