Please add some words regarding this problem.
If you want the help from the community, give them something to work with.
For a start, did you take a look in the Windows Event viewer, the error does initial not look like a Netbackup error ?

solved my issue
"Delete DAG records from Master Server and Media Server" and back to backup.
But i have new issue in restore GRT individual messages

Always when bpbrm posts an error "from client," look at the client log for more information. In this case, nbgre.exe logs to the NetBackup\logs\nbgre folder. The log is in VxUL format. Make it readable by running "vxlogview -i 352" from NetBackup\bin and direct the output to a file.

I suggest you post a clear explanation of the original problem and solution here, then mark this thread resolved.
Study your ncfgre log to try to resolve your restore problem. If you can't figure it out, then start a new thread with a title specific to the problem, a clear description, and your observations from the ncfgre log.
