NetBackup Restore from a Deleted Policy

If we delete policies in Netbackup 7, how do we restore?

I have viewed other posts that show the image remains in the database:

You will still be able to see the client name under netbackup/db/images folder. Images are used for restores, not policies.  So, if you use the BAR GUI to browse for backup images for this client, you will be able to see all unexpired images. You will just have to type in the client name as the Source when you 'Specify Machines... ' .  You can restore to another client.
