NetBackup Tier-3 enterprise client in Tier-2 server

Can we use Netbackup enterprise client tier-3 license in tier-2 server ?

I cannot see a problem with that - i am sure Symantec would like everyone to do that!

All licensing is a minimum requirement and NetBackup itself will not go out and count your processors so legally and practically you will have no issues with doing this.
