Netbackup 6.5.3.1 Email Notifications, some clients working, some clients not

Hi all -

I have some clients that we are rec'g the email notifications on backup status and some that we are not (the majority).  I have the notifications set at the master server -> Global Attributes -> Administrator email address.  <- So this SHOULD give me all the clients backup status', correct?  I have compared the properties, in NetBackup Administration console, of a client that I receive the emails from to a client that I do not recieve emails and they are setup exactly the same.  What am I missing?  I also have checked to make sure the clients that I am not rec'g the emails from are able to email out to me and that is working fine.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  I am sure it is something very simple that I just can not put my finger on.

p.s.  All clients are at the 6.5.3.1 level.

try  checking  "Server Sends Mail" in each client host properties with you are facing issue of notification

 i'd suggest configuring NOM for NetBackup, it is very good tool 

NetBackup + NOM = Complete backup solution :)
