Netbackup 7.1.0.3 Image Clean Up Problem

Dear All,

I use Netbackup 7.1.03 version to backup my data. The netbackup consists of a Server and 5 Media Servers. But lately the image cleanup alwas return error code 1 indicating  "the requested operation was partially successful". Any one know what can cause such a problem?? and how can I solve it?

The other things which make me curious was the return code 1 itself. Some of my backup process sometimes return this code. Should I retry after sometime the backup process when this code is returned ?

Need an explanation from the experts here ^^

Have you checked information in Details tab of this job?

Status 1 is normally seen when no Catalog Backup is configured.

If this is not your issue, please post contents of Details tab.

Agree with Marianne - usually when Catalog Policy is not created or disabled

It can also happen is one of your Media Servers of disk volumes is down or not available

Check the details tab of the job or run a probelms report for the time when it ran to identify the issue
