Netbackup 7.1 not backing up ZFS filesystem on solaris 10.

Hi All, 

I have NBU environment with NBU7.1.0.4.

Many of Solaris clients are having ZFS filesystem on solaris.

Many of the ZFS filesystems are getting backed up but some are getting missed.

Anyone faced this issue , please share some solutions.

Details please.... What is in Back Selection? And what do you see in Activity Monitor? Do you have bpbkar log enabled? If not create the folder under /usr/openv/netbackup/logs.

I'd also add BPBRM_VERBOSE = 5 into bp.conf on the 'media server' so we get the logs at full verbose levels.

Difficult to try and assist with NO information coming through....

Just for the record - NBU does not have an issue with ZFS.

One possible reason could be that filesystems were added to exclude_list.

Another possibility is that filesystem are NFS mounts.

We will only know when we you share Backup Selection in the policy and logs as per above requests.
