Its popping on configuration partition and hope to get earliest response.

What is your appliance version?

There were some bugs in various versions that dump either telemetry data or VMware data into the /tmp directory on the root file system

You get to the shell via the CLISH and then into Maintenance mode - usually with the P@ssw0rd password unless you have changed it - on later versions you need to bypass the security of the appliance first:

/opt/Symantec/scspagent/IPS/sisipsoverride.sh

We resolved this by running clean up and maintenance on disks
