Netbackup Backup selection error

Hi can anyone help with this error

I am using Netbackup 7.0.1 master server on windows server 2008 standard 64-bit operating system

client Netbackup 7.0.1 on windows server 2008  standard 64-bit operating system and windows server 2008  standard 32-bit operating system.

Each time after adding the clients in the policy and i try to chhose the path for the backup selection i get this error below.

Pls see a printscreen of the error attached.

Hostname and Windows Firewall

Chack if you have master server entries on the client host file and Windows Firewall is desabled??
