Netbackup Java Restoration Console

Hi Gurus,

We are using Netbackup Enterprise server 5.1 running in Solaris server. We are facing  a problem with restoration of client backup

Issue:- Once we selected the client we are able to see the backup list in the console. Once we mark any of the backup from the list we are unable to see any content of backup in the console for selecting the files to restore.

We are restarted the GUI two three times as well as tried with another console.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

On the BAR GUI check the "Restore Type" drop down list & try "Normal Backups".

Some of the other options (eg TIR) will only show folders, not files, for restore.

also you can always try with bprestore command.
