On the windows install media.
You can find the Java install files in ...\Addons\......\JavaInstallFiles
Or you can install the administration console if you like > setup > server install > Remote administration console (this requires you put your desktop's IP address/hostname in the master server properties) (also note that you sometimes get odd results when using the admin console as the connections are made from your machine to for instance clients, vcenters, etc.)
