Netbackup Licensing

Hello Experts,

We are currently using Netbackup 7.6.0.1 on Windows Master and Solaris Media and Clients.

We need to upgrade it to 7.7? Does it require addition licensing cost?

If your annual maintenance is up to date then there is no cost. Upgrade is for free to customers on maintenance.

The Symantec Licensing portal is here:

If you know your serial number and original purchase order number you should be able to perform the license key upgrade process yourself - without having to request to an upgrade notification.
