We are on version 7.6.0.2. And going to do patch upgrade to 7.6.0.4.
Is this is a patch update or a full upgrade ? please advice.
Is there any standard procedure document to do the same ? We will upgrade Master server, media server and clients.

FYI - If you have an OpsCenter installation, it is usually recommended to upgrade the OpsCenter installation first before upgrading masters, then medias, then clients.
