Netbackup on Solaris x86 and SPARC comparisons

hi,

we are currently looking at a new setup, preferably on solaris.

it will be a lot easier to put forward a business case for solaris on intel platform as opposed to sparc.

i am curious if anyone out there has any experience with nbu on solaris x86. 

if so, is there any known performance comparisons out there or even known differences? thanks.

I'm running NetBackup 6.5 on Solaris x86.  I found that bare metal restore is not supported on x86 Solaris.
