I refered the Netbackup upgrade_7.5 document.

And also I want to know what happens in the 10 step when we run " bpimage -cleanup -allclients". What happens extacly at this step..

I have downloaded the 7.5.0.7 package from the link. Could you please confirm me is that correct?

Firstly - you need to download and install 7.5 before 7.5.0.7.

To obtain NetBackup 7.5 GA installation media, go to: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH178337

Verify upgrade checklist: https://sort.symantec.com/checklist/install/

You may have a problem with corrupt or 0-byte image headers.
You will need bpdbm log to find the problematic image number.
Run nbcc and/or bpdbm -consistency

Have a look at this URL: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH159907

The 7.1 EEB Guide also contains the following:

Etrack 2074966 : The bpimagelist and bpimmedia commands would fail with a file read failed error when a corrupt image header was present.
