Network Connection Broken

Has anyone had problems with SQL Agent backup completing the backup of all the individual databases in full as defined in the .bch script but failing on the parent job with status code 40 'Network Connection Broken' . Happening on the one particular sql client backup.....no other sql jobs exhibit any problems like this ??

I have seen problem when there were more than 16 db instances on the server and only one batch script is being used to back them up. I made smaller batch files and more of themMessage was edited by:
