Not able to connect EMM Server

after changing the host configuration in the veritas net backup 6.5.1 i am getting the following error

Not able connect EMM Server (77), i have installed on Windows-2003 Ent. SP2

Even i have tried to start the services of EMM, but its not starting the service

Please suggest if any one come across the same issue
