Point in time restore - the requested opeartion could not be completed, the server returned error 1

Hello,

My environment :

Netbackup Server : version 7.1, OS : Windows Server 2008 R2

I have a need to make a Point In Time restore for a specific client (Windows Server 2008 R2), when i try to create a new Point In Time configuration i get the error attached.

I confirm that many PIT restore operations work correctly.
