Master server residing on windows 2000 with netbackup 4.5
Recently during a restore operation master server field is wrongly filled with 1 of the client names and after that we are getting "cannot connect on socket" error . Now we are unable to stop that process and edit the master/source and desination servers names.
We tried stop/starting the backup services and even reboot to check if the issue can be resolved.
seer.support.veritas.com/docs/248494.htm --- gives the same prob as we have in the env but we are unable to change the server details as mentioned in the doc:(...
Can someone help me out on this issues?
