Hi!

If i use SLP where specified two destinations in such way:

dd1_stg - Backup 4 weeks

dd2_stg - Duplication 4 weeks

In case if i loose storage which holds dd1_stg, will it be possible to recover data from dd2_stg without additional workflow? What workflow should be performed to be able backup and recover to/from dd2_stg?

Netbackup will always try to restore from copy 1 unless another copy number as been set as the primary copy. You will need to promote the secondary copy to the primary version before restore will work as intended. Or if everything is gone - expire the primary version, this will mark the secondary copy as the primary version.
