I dont really get the question. To see which clients are configured to run NBU agent backups, just search for policies of type Oracle, Lotus-Notes, MS-SQL-Server etc (as oposed to standard or MS-Windows NT).
How to check on the client depends on which version (Netbackup) you are on and what OS your clients are running.
For windows and if you are nbu 6.0 or above, all the agent software is installed with the standard client and activated by means of the appropriate license on the master/media server.
For UNIX clients, the agent software needs to be installed in addition to the client software and you should be able to check this from the /usr/openv/dbext. Also for agents like Oracle, libobk libraries need to be linked from oracle home to the netbackup files which come with agent installation.
Finally you need to check your licenses for agents from master/media servers.
