Replicating between volume pools

Is there a quick and easy way to replicate between volume pools in NetBackup?  I have data that I want to keep in my local data center for fast recovery, but I also have to store data in a separate location for long term SOX compliance.

You can use Storage Lifecycle Policies, Vault or manually via bpduplicate

If the secondary site had a different Master server you could also use AIR

Some of this however would be better - or would require - NetBackup / PureDisk deduplication
