Have you verifyed the file C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\DbExt\SAP\sap_online_redolog.cmd exist ?. What happens if you run the bat file manually ?

Please tell how you backup SAP. It look like you are performing a flat file backup of a SAP database (but I may be wrong).
This is not recommended nor supported.

Hi Nicolai,
C:\Program Files\VERITAS\NetBackup\DbExt\SAP\sap_online_redolog.cmd ,it is existed.
Am not sure where bat file of this redo log existed ?

There is no redo backups happening on the server.
I guess Removing the redolog script from policy or adding this node to redolog policy will resolve this problem.
I need to check with DBA Admin and test the changes.
