I haved enabled the disk stagging & the backups are writern on disk . Stagging schedule is enabled for this & frequency is 4 hrs .
but the job is not running as per the schedule due to this today the disk was full . I have mannuany run the backup"Manual allocation to final destination" . This is successful but disk on the system is still full .
Why the data is not deleting automatically one the data is written to tape .
I have selected high water mark as 98% & low water mark as 80%

You do not have open windows during which duplication can run.
You need to open windows for each day 24x7 if you want duplications to run every 4 hours.

set high watermark as 80%
it does not delete the data untill it reach the high watermark even the duplications are successfull to make sure that you have the data avaliable in primary location for recovery purpose..
you need to set the high watermark bit low to get the images deleted from DSSU to cleanup the disk space..before it ran out of the space..

NB 7.6.0.3 version we are using . Thought there is a frequency set that the backup should start once in 4hrs its not running automatically

When you kick off a manual duplication, NBU will wait another 4 hours before automatically submitting another duplication job.
You may want to change the frequency to 2 hours and see what happens.
Only when backups have been successfully duplicated to disk can HWM cleanup apply.
Important to ensure that DSU resides on a dedicated volume in order for NBU to monitor and manage HWM.
To troubleshoot duplication and disk cleanup, ensure that the following log folders exist:
On master: admin
On media server: bptm and bpdm
PS:
These TNs explain cleanup and relocation as from NBU 6.5:
Disk Staging Relocation Behavior: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH44719

Have you created the log folder as per advice above?
If you have created admin folder under netbackup\logs on the master, you can open this folder in Windows explorer.
You will fild a log file for every day.
Copy the one for yesterday (or today) to admin.txt and upload.
Have you not tried to reduce the frequency as suggested yesterday?
(Please try not to upload files in .docx format?
They cannot be opened online. Screenshots saved as .jpg can be opened online).
