SharePoint Backup

I am having trouble backing up SharePoint Portal Server 2003 Version 2.0 using Netbackup 6.5.1. 

I create a policy and select the policy type MS-SharePoint, Directive Set: MS_SharePoint_Portal_Server then Directive MS SharePoint Resources:\

Then accept all the defaults. 

When I set the Manual back to run, after about 10 seconds I get this error message.:  scheduler found no backups due to run(200) 

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue so I can backup SharePoint.

Are the Microsoft SharePoint Resources showing in the BAR GUI? If not, the SharePoint agent may not be configured properly. Verify the NetBackup client service is running with a Sharepoint Admin account on all servers in the farm. The account must have local admin and "replace process level token" local security privileges. Verfiy the account is entered under host properties --> clilents for the sharepoint application server.
