Sharepoint agent cannot see directory

Hi, I have configured NBU Sharepoint agent 7.0.1 on a sharepoint server (windows 2003, Sharepoint 2007 w SQL2005). In this sharepoint server, I start BAR interface, I can see Microsoft Sharepoint directory but if I drill down to detail level, e.g., WSS-Administration -> Web Administration -> content DB. If I select content DB, I cannot see anything on the right pane.

Does it indicate a permission issue? I tried to backup Sharepoint but it failed.

Have you verified all permissions in SharePoint Server Administrator's Guide  http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH127054 ?

See chapter 4 - ensure all steps are performed to allow access.
