Slow Netbackups on servers archiving with DiskXtender

Netbackup 5.1MP4 and EMC DiskXtender 6.10.  Client is slow at sending data to tape.

Any ideas or suggestions to fix?

same thing happened to me. 

1. I updated the client NIC to latest driver which increased the speed.

2. installed mp5 which pretty much doubled my backup speed.

I will put MP6 on the client and see what happens.
