Spinning more than one tape drive at a time issue

I have a Netbackup 6.5.4 Master Server running windows 2008 64 bit.

I have a simple HP tape library attached with 2 lto4 tape drives.

I get an error requesting resource XXX.NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS.XXXXX when I try to launch a second policy for the same client.

I can run two policies at a time and spin both drives as long as the jobs are for different clients.

I have messed around with mutiplex and read alot of stuff online but nothing seems to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check Host Properties -> Master Server -> Global Properties -> Max Jobs per Client.
The default is 1.
