 Hello,
    Can you check the reverse lookup from client to master server?
try the nslookup and see if you can resolve name and IP from client to master (and vice versa)

Is the file system backup working?

<install_path>\NetBackup\logs\dbclient log will give you more information for your troubleshooting

don't forget to set the debug logging level to maximum

Can you also check if the SA account that you have used has access to the DB?
