Status 13 File Read Failed On my Media Server

Hi

I receive the Status 13 File Read Failed On my Media Server when I try to backup all drives using diferents streams

Example:

New_Stream

Shadow copy Component

C:\

New_Stream

D:\

New_Stream

E:\

The backup start but I receive the status 13 faster. I try disable the "allow multiple data streams" option on my policy and the policy run fine But take almost 24hrs in backup.

My media server is running on Windows 2003 Netbackup 6.5.1 and the policy tipe its MS-Windows-NT

do see any errors under the bptm logs? is the same media the one that is failing? check for this maybe is a hardware problem and thats why you are getting this read issue, also confirm your multiplexing and multiple streams if is too big you can see some weird behaviors.
