Storage Unit drop down does not show all DSUs in Storage Lifecycle Policy setup

I'm trying to setup a storage lifecycle policy. Now I know that basicdisk STUs are not supported for an SLP, but when I go to setup an SLP, the Storage Unit drop down shows me some, but not all of my available disk storage unit groups. Anyone else come across this?

Read the chapter in the Admin Guide on Life Cycle Policies.
