Structure of Veritas NetBackup licensing

Please help me. I have to create a software compliance below).
I have to pinpoint the products that 'carry' the license and tag them 'commcercial'.
The other I tag with 'Bundled'.

Which of the products above are 'commercial' and which are 'bundled'?
Please help me.
It is a jungle finding this information. I have given up.

i.e.

License required for base NetBackup install - if that is what your first item is referring to (could also be additional licenses for tape drives, libraries, media servers, SSO etc etc)
License required per NetBackup Client.
License required for Agents & Options (e.g. Oracle Database Agent)

I agree with Andy.  The 3 products that you mentioned are all seperate licenses, meaning product has its own license key.
I also recommended calling Symantec customer care for licensing questions.
