Trying to Backup Exchange server Information store (error 71)

We curently have windows 2008 64 bit master version 7.5.0.5. We have been having issues with our exchange server backuping up the Information store. We are on exchange 2007 sp1. Has anyone had/seen this issue before?

Seems your policy type is MS-Windows instead of MS-Exchange.

Do you have a valid Application and Database agent license on the master server?
Check for possible expired demo license key.

So yes to confirm the policy is set to MS-Exchange. We do have an active exchange extension on netbackup. We have a seperate policy that backs up all exchange mailboxes and that works most of the time.
